Millennials have been stereotyped widely. Forge Leadership believe much of this has been a misinterpretation, which is why they set out to give millennials a voice. They want to create environments setup for everyone to win. Forge Leadership conducted 50 in-depth interviews with millennials in positions of leadership and analysed the responses from 442 online surveys.
